From the classroom to the cutting edge of technology, my journey has always been fueled by a passion for service, innovation, and community. I began my career as a teacher, nurturing young minds, before moving into the dynamic world of technology. With over 15 years of experience in software development & testing, I have contributed to leading financial institutions, solving real-world challenges through innovation.
Beyond my professional life, my heart belongs to the Durham community. I’ve proudly served on Clarington's Diversity Advisory Committee and as Vice-Chair of the Durham Region Transit Advisory Committee, advocating for inclusive, efficient public services. Was a Co-chair of the Anti-Black Racism Task Force, I worked to promote social justice, equity, and stronger community bonds.
As the Founder of the Cultural Association of Clarington, I have led blood donation drives, community clean-ups, educational workshops, wellness initiatives, and vibrant cultural events celebrating our diversity.
Driven by a passion for real change, I first ran for School Board Trustee in 2022 and later stood as an Independent Candidate in the 2024 Durham federal by-election. My journey reflects an unwavering commitment to honest leadership — leadership that puts people before politics, rooted in service, unity, and a vision for a better Durham.

My Mission
My mission is simple: to listen to our community, act on real issues, and work alongside you to build a stronger future. Here are the key priorities.
Protecting Local Jobs and Building a Future-Ready Economy
I’ll fight unfair U.S. tariffs, advocate for fair trade, and push for federal support to grow Durham’s manufacturing, tech, and clean energy sectors. Together, we’ll build a resilient economy rooted in our community.
Champion Seniors, Inclusion, and Strong Communities
Stand up for better senior benefits, accessible services, Indigenous partnerships, and community-building programs that celebrate diversity and leave no one behind.
Make Life More Affordable
Champion practical measures to increase affordable housing, support first-time homebuyers, expand benefit programs, and ease the cost of living for every family.
Invest in Youth, Education, and Skills
Expand federal support for education, skills training, and mentorship programs to ensure youth have strong opportunities.
Strengthening Healthcare Access
I will fight for stronger federal investments to expand hospital capacity, improve access to mental health and home care services, and ensure our growing population gets the healthcare it needs. Canadians deserve faster, more reliable care — and a system built for the future.
Fighting for You, Not for Party Lines
I’m committed to hearing your concerns, defending your rights, and driving real change — change that puts our community and our country first, not political agendas.
Together, we can build a stronger Canada from the ground up, where local voices shape national decisions and where every citizen has a say in their future.
